Can I join YouBid for free?
Yes. Joining is free. We will have one of our agents to take care of you.
There are no monthly fees, but a low commission for every booking you will receive from YouBid. Normally around half of what our competitors ask.
This commission will be included in the final price that we provide to the customers.
Is my hotel forced to make an offer?
NO. Our system will take care of not sending you useless bid requests but still, if for any reason you do not want to make an offer, you can do so.
How do we manage bid requests?
You will have a custom profile and access area. You will be able to login and manage your account and of course answer bids.
For how long will I have to keep my rooms idle?
The whole process between bid request and payment takes at most 3 hours. If you choose to answer the bid request, you will have to keep the room/rooms idle for YouBid just for the duration of the process.
Will I be paid directly by the customers?
Customers will pay YouBid, then YouBid will pay you within few business days.
Is there a cancellation policy?
At the moment the bookings are non refundable.
